Selected Recent Archiplex Group Project Experience:

 

Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Sandy, UT.  Project Designer, Planner and Project Administrator. New Church and renovated Youth Center totaling approximately 20,000 square feet for a Parish in Sandy Utah.  The worship space will seat up to 620 during ordinary liturgies, with space available to include temporary seating for an additional 100 people for special services.  Due to the input of parishioners and the work of volunteer committees, consensus was reached on a unique architectural design, with seating arranged to provide enhanced visibility, superior acoustics, and improved lighting and circulation to foster and facilitate more active participation in the liturgy.  The expanded space will provide improved functionality for weddings and other special liturgies and sacraments.  2004- 2005

 

UTA Warm Springs Service Center Administrative Offices Remodel, Salt Lake City, UT.  Mr. Stanislaw provided architectural design, consulting, studies and reports to Cordova Design for the Utah Transit Authority for a variety of specific tasks related to the administrative office and warehouse reuse of the former UP North Salt Lake Maintenance Facility. 2005

 

Associated General Contractors Headquarters Facility, Salt Lake City, UT.  Project Principal and Designer for an approximately $2.7M, 10,000 SF facility which houses the AGC's administrative and operations activities.  Included in the facility are spaces designated specifically for contractor/community related activities such as training and plan room assistance.  2009

 

Fanzz Stores Tenant Improvements, Texas, Colorado, Utah.  Archiplex Group is assisting the Jazz Basketball Investors with tenant improvements of Fanzz stores in various malls.  The apparel chain has been expanding quickly into areas outside of Utah.  Project locations include: Fanzz stores in Stonebriar Centre, TX; Gateway Mall, UT; Aurora Mall, CO; Town East Mall, TX; and Grapevine Mill, TX. Ongoing

 

Sports Legacy Project, Utah.  Project Principal and Designer for an approximately $12 M, 80,000 SF "edutainment" facility is proposed to house multiple sports related functions.  2005

 

UDOT Maintenance Station Prototype Study.  Project Principal and Designer for a new cost-effective Maintenance Station Prototype for DFCM and UDOT, to be site adapted throughout the State. 2004

 

Standard Optical Store, Holladay, Utah.  Principal for a new prototype store design for the Standard Optical store chain.  The facility needed to be finished in advance of an optical convention in Salt Lake City, and fast track methods were used to accomplish the installation on time. 2005

 

UDOT Maintenance Stations, Various Locations, UT.  Project Principal and Designer for new maintenance station facilities adapting a new prototype designed by Archiplex Group.  Current projects include Meadow, Brigham City, Vernal, and Heber City.  2004 - Present 

 

Park City Ski Team Consolidated Facilities Remodel, Park City Mountain Resort, UT.  Project Principal and Designer of a remodeling plan for a new consolidated office, locker and dryland training facility for the Park City Ski Team. 2005 - 2006

 

Utah DOC Support Buildings, Gunnison, UT.  Project Manager and Designer of a new Chapel, Maintenance and Operations Lockshop facility and Kitchen and Laundry expansion on the grounds of the State Prison.  2006

 

Applied Signal Technology, West Valley City, UT.  Successive remodels and tenant expansions designed for a high technology company based in Sunnyvale, CA.  Their Utah Operation had outgrown its facilities several times and due to neighboring tenant relocations they were able to expand in place.   The challenges of these projects required multiple phased construction processes, minimal disruption of ongoing operations, high security and an aggressive project time schedule. 2004-2009
